Main responsibilities:

Analyze the commercial conditions of the proposals, collaborate in the negotiation and award of contracts whenever requested;
Organization and maintenance of our office’s space;

Record of information and archive’s maintenance;
Stationery and stock control;
Registration and control of suppliers' invoices;
Ensure practical issues of work routine, such as prepare documentation, send and answer emails, etc.;
Request of purchases and reservations, controlling them from budget, billing, payment until deliveries;
Execute Market Research regarding the process of acquisition of new goods and services;
Ensure constant updating and documentation of the procedures associated with the department;
Collaborate on other department tasks whenever necessary.
