Administrative Technician

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
  • Mandatory minimum education;
  • Eligible for an IEFP internship;
  • 0-1 year of experience in an Administrative role (experience in a Purchasing/Procurement and Logistics role is a plus);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
  • High sense of responsibility and organization;
  • Availability to travel in the country whenever necessary is required;
  • Availability to work 100% on-site;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze the commercial conditions of the proposals, collaborate in the negotiation and award of contracts whenever requested;
  • Organization and maintenance of our office’s space;
  • Face-to-face and telephone customer/supplier service;
  • Record of information and archive’s maintenance;
  • Stationery and stock control;
  • Registration and control of suppliers' invoices;
  • Ensure practical issues of work routine, such as prepare documentation, send and answer emails, etc.;
  • Request of purchases and reservations, controlling them from budget, billing, payment until deliveries;
  • Execute Market Research regarding the process of acquisition of new goods and services;
  • Ensure constant updating and documentation of the procedures associated with the department;
  • Collaborate on other department tasks whenever necessary.
