Business Analyst

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics or similar;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Define and detail business requirements;
  • Communicate the needs of the business to the technical teams;
  • Ability to map, review, and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance; 
  • Proficiency in producing functional documentation: user stories, specifications, flows, business rules, and test cases;
  • Experience supporting the configuration and implementation of credit systems, decision engines, scoring models, or workflow platforms;
  • Ability to perform functional testing and validate features according to requirements and internal policies;
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards applicable to the banking sector;
  • Ability to facilitate training, answer questions, and monitor post-implementation processes; 
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies;
  • Financial expertise will be a plus;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
