Business Data and Quality Management Trainee (IEFP internship)

Porto, Portugal

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
  • Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems Management or similar;
  • Eligible for an IEFP internship;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with data;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of different management reports;
  • Collaborate in the review and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability;
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal Quality Management System;
  • Take part in internal quality audits;
  • Contribute to the review and update of internal procedures to ensure compliance with best practices;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
