
Business Data and Quality Management Trainee (IEFP internship)
ASSOCIATE
Porto, Portugal
- Degree in Management, Economics, Information Systems Management or similar;
- Eligible for an IEFP internship;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
- Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
- Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
- Sense of commitment and integrity;
- Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of different management reports;
- Collaborate in the review and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability;
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal Quality Management System;
- Take part in internal quality audits;
- Contribute to the review and update of internal procedures to ensure compliance with best practices;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
