Learning and Development Specialist

  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Academic training or interest in Human Resources, Training or similar areas;
  • Previous experience in administrative or training support roles;
  • Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments;
  • Good knowledge of IT tools, with a special focus on Excel (data organization, analysis and reporting);
  • Ease in using digital platforms and collaborative tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges;
  • High sense of responsibility, organization and rigor;
  • Critical and analytical thinking, with autonomy in problem solving;
  • Good planning skills, priority management and attention to detail;
  • Proactive, dynamic and results-oriented attitude;
  • Availability, flexibility and commitment to the objectives of the role. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze training needs, in coordination with different areas of the organization;
  • Research, select, and manage relationships with suppliers and training providers;
  • Plan, organize, and monitor internal and external training activities;
  • Ensure the administrative management of training: registrations, schedules, attendance, and associated documentation;
  • Ensure employee attendance and participation in training activities;
  • Record, update, and analyze training data in Excel, ensuring the reliability of information;
  • Prepare reports and indicators to monitor training activities;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and propose continuous improvements;
  • Support the optimization of internal processes in the training area.
