OutSystems Product Manager

Porto, Portugal

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • PMP Project Management Certification or similar, Scrum Master Certification or similar, OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification and minimum of 3 OutSystems certifications;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with OutSystems’ projects;
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Main responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the creation of all required documentation;
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, engaging and collaborating with technical and business teams to fully document and capture all needs;
  • In coordination with the Tech Lead, create and assist other team members in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and architecture designs, promoting a simple, pragmatic, and efficient user experience;
  • Manage the team’s workload in coordination with the Tech Lead, prioritize the backlog, and remove blockers that hinder progress;
  • Prepare both informal and formal reports describing the project progress;
  • Manage change requests, risks, budgets, and resources;
  • Ensure timely and proper project delivery.
