OutSystems Tech Lead

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • OutSystems Tech Lead (O11) Certification and minimum of 3 OutSystems certifications;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with OutSystems;
  • Experience with MuleSoft, API’s, SQL Server and Azure SQL;
  • Experience with C#, .NET Framework, VB.NET, Classic ASP;
  • Experience with Angular, AngularJS and Ionic;
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Great analytical skills to make decisions related to applicational architecture;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor team deliveries and manage the associated risks, taking preventive measures to avoid them;
  • Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones;
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers;
  • Manage the request backlog and prioritize features, in collaboration with the Product Manager, based on user feedback, expected impact/benefit, and the team’s delivery capacity;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc.).
