Senior Business Analyst

  • Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics or similar;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Define and detail business requirements;
  • Ability to communicate with clients, business, and technical teams;
  • Ability to identify and functionally design solutions for business and technical requirements with technical feasibility;
  • Ability to critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer;
  • Autonomy in preparing team estimates for evaluating and planning all activities in a solution proposal;
  • Ability to manage a backlog of requests;
  • Ensure the execution of certification and quality phases with customer and development teams;
  • Experience with specification and testing;
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies;
  • Financial expertise will be a plus;
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
  • Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
